Questions about plans & billing

Is the beta really free for life?

Yes. Founding stores who join during the beta keep Relista free permanently, in exchange for telling us honestly what's working and what isn't. Your feedback is worth more to us than your subscription.

Are there really no per-listing fees?

None. Your plan includes its monthly listing allowance and we never take a cut of your sales. Marketplaces charge their own selling fees as normal — those go to them, not us.

Can I change or cancel anytime?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard. No phone call, no retention script. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the billing period.

What if I go over my monthly listings?

Nothing breaks. Your existing listings and sync keep working — you'll just be prompted to upgrade for more new listings that month, or wait for the reset. We never silently bill overage fees.

I'm in the EU — what currency?

EUR at equivalent rates. UK stores are billed in GBP. No exchange-rate surprises either side.

Which plan should I pick?

Count roughly how many items you'd put online monthly. Under 200 and one person doing it — Starter. A shop with a couple of staff listing regularly — Growth. Several staff, high volume, or more than one site — Scale. Not sure? Email sales@relista.co.uk and we'll tell you honestly.
